At seventeen, coaching opened a new path — leading a young athlete to top-three national rankings in Ukraine.
At just twenty years old, he became General Manager of a tennis school focused on elite youth development.
Many players achieved national success, and years later those coaches now work worldwide.

Every player is a “rose to be grown” — inspired by The Little Prince. Each athlete requires individual care, attention, patience, and understanding in order to truly flourish.
Max believes that development is never one-size-fits-all. Every player has a unique rhythm, personality, strengths, and challenges. The role of a coach is not only to teach strokes and tactics, but to understand the human behind the athlete.
Technical skill matters — but mindset defines the athlete. Confidence, emotional control, resilience under pressure, and the ability to adapt during competition are what separate good players from great ones.
This philosophy led to the creation of MITA Academy — a way to scale decades of experience and provide high-quality tennis education.
Training integrates technical development, tactical strategy, mental preparation, and physical conditioning to support complete player growth.
A lifelong passion has grown into a TEAM — a community of players and coaches truly devoted to the game.
