    Once you have selected a program, we will schedule your first lesson at a time and location that works for you. Our scheduling is flexible and designed to accommodate busy families, working professionals, and student athletes. We offer lessons on weekdays and weekends can adjust schedules as needed.

    Your first session will typically be an assessment lesson where your coach evaluates your current skill level, discusses your goals, and begins building a personalized training plan.
