Tim Zimmer
Pilates instructor
  • Tim began studying movement and mechanics in movement in college in 1986, He began teaching it in 1991 under the supervision and training of Ron Fletcher.
  • He bought studio in 1993 (previous owner was Ron Fletcher who studied with Joseph Pilates for 25 years and did special workshops in Denver 4 times per year and tutor at the studio he taught in and Tim bought it).
  • He has been teaching Pilates work for 34 years.
  • Tim workes with students from a young age to 95 y.o. He helps young students to increase their strength and stability for agility and stamina in sports performance, and also guides them through sports injury and recovery. He helps adults, desiring to increase their daily and sports performance and improve their agility and sports mechanics and also recover from performance and other injuries.
  • He enjoys adapting the Pilates work to each client to help them understand how they personally use their body mechanics and how they can capitalize on their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
